Introduction

At SaurabhUX, we strive to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, please review our Return and Refund Policy for information on how to proceed.

Digital Products

Non-Refundable: All sales of digital products (eBooks) are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of digital content, once the eBook has been downloaded, we cannot issue a refund.

Physical Products

Return Window: Returns of physical products are accepted within 3 days of purchase.

Condition: The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in the same packaging that you received it.

Return Shipping Costs: The return shipping cost must be borne by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at admin@saurabhux.com with your order number and details about the product you wish to return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Processing Time: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 days.

Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). These situations may include, but are not limited to, items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at admin@saurabhux.com

Cancellation Policy

Digital Products: There is no cancellation policy for digital products (eBooks) once the payment is made.

Physical Products: For physical products, cancellation is only possible before the product is dispatched. Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations will not be accepted.

Late or Missing Refunds

Processing Time: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
