Order Processing Time

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase has been completed. This email will include your order number, product details, and estimated delivery time.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order

Standard Shipping: Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Express Shipping: If available, express shipping options will be shown at checkout for an additional fee, with delivery typically within 2-4 business days after the order has been processed and shipped.

International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping. Orders can only be shipped within India.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number(s).

Order Tracking: You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.

Shipping Address

Accurate Address: Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate at the time of purchase. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Change of Address: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate the change if the order has not yet been shipped.

Delivery Issues

Lost or Damaged Packages: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@saurabhux.com with your order number and details of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the problem and ensure that you receive your order. Missed Delivery: If a delivery attempt is made and you are not available to receive the package, it may be redelivered or sent to a local carrier office for pickup. Please follow the carrier’s instructions for redelivery or pickup.
